Open "BOCOM Corporate Mobile App" and then click "Mobile Token".
Please note that this step should be performed without logging into Corporate Mobile App.
Press "Activate Mobile Token".
Enter login information as stated on the screen and then press "Next".
Enter "Email Address" and "Registered Identity Document Number" and then press "Next".
An "Activation Code" will be sent to registered mobile number and enter the "Activation Code" as per instruction on the page, then press "Next".
Set up "Mobile Token PIN" and tick the checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions, then press "Submit".
You will receive SMS and email notifications after the Mobile Token was registered successfully. Please follow the instructions provided in the SMS or email to complete identity verification process in order to use Mobile Token services.
For the user from Multiple Management Control mode, you have to wait for 6 hours before logging in to the account again and proceed identity verification process. Please follow steps hereafter.
Login the Corporate Mobile App with the Mobile Token PIN after 6 hours in order to complete the identity verification process.
"Email OTP" will be sent to the user’s registered email address, then input the "Email OTP" as per instruction on screen and click "Next".
Successfully login for Corporate Mobile Banking.
