Foreign Exchange Swap

A Foreign Exchange Swap involves two simultaneous currency purchases, one on spot and one through forward contract. Customers can exchange one currency for another on spot, then exchange the identical amount for the original currency at the agreed forward rate on specific future date. In fact, customers have the right to use the exchanged currency at a specific period of time.
