PRC customers can obtain financing from Hong Kong Branch directly under the management framework set by PRC government so as to enjoy the market-based and more flexible offshore interest rates, enhancing their profit margin.

 

Cross-border Direct Loan with Guarantee from PRC

PRC customers can obtain financing directly from Hong Kong Branch under the management framework set by PRC government with guarantees provided by onshore banks/ groups in PRC, as a second repayment source and risk mitigation, and therefore effectively reducing financing costs. The limit can be set in accordance to the loan purposes of customers, including but not limited to providing financing to enterprises in the free-trade zones for the construction in the zones, onshore business development or equipment purchase.

• All foreign enterprises, Chinese enterprises, regional enterprises in PRC
• Specific enterprises covered by preferential policies in PRC
