Senior Product Manager (Structured and Capital Finance)
Duties
- Co-ordinate the marketing activities to client including identify market opportunities, propose and manage marketing campaigns, and explore business opportunities in areas of acquisition financing, leveraged financing, asset backed financing, cross-border financing, pre-IPO financing, aircraft financing, syndication, project finance, etc.
- Conduct credit analysis and prepare sound credit proposals
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in related aspects
- Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyse and make sound judgments on complex financial information, good knowledge on HK and PRC financial markets and the related regulations, familiar with statistics and cashflow projection and modeling
- Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined personality, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passes in MPF, Insurance & Securities Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4) is an advantage

Client Services Officer (Commercial Banking)
Duties
- Responsible for providing overall administrative support to the corporate banking business
- Coordinate with corporate clients and handle the enquiries in order to assist relationship management team

- Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- High language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must

Assistant Vice President, Debt Capital Markets
Duties
- Perform DCM execution and syndicate function, and carry out credit approval and documentation
- Advise clients on appropriate debt capital structures and supervise the entire execution process
- Work closely with internal and external partners in order to ensure smooth and timely executions
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance / Business or related disciplines with minimum 4 years’ working experience in DCM
- Possess strong legal experience in DCM with sound financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets for HK and PRC markets
- Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9) with TMA qualification are a must
