Method 1

If the user has already activated Mobile Token, please enter "Mobile Token PIN" and press "Submit" when the user performs transaction approval.

If the user has already activated Biometric Authentication, the user can use Face ID for the authentication when the user performs transaction approval.

Face ID: Available on Apple iPhone X or later models and operates on iOS 12.2 or above.

If the user has already activated Biometric Authentication, the user can use Touch ID for the authentication when the user performs transaction approval.

iOS Touch ID: Available on Apple iPhone 5s or later models that support fingerprint identity sensor.

If the user has already activated Biometric Authentication, the user can use Fingerprint Authentication for the authentication when the user performs transaction approval.

Android Fingerprint Authentication: Available on Android phones with Android OS version 8.0 or later versions AND compatible with Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) or Secure Element (SE).
