Our Bank will terminate the“Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Service”（“EBPP”）on 19 June 2025 (the“Termination Date”). With effect from the“Termination Date”, our merchant customer(s) will no longer be able to collect e-Bill Payment(s) through our bank's account.

 
Merchant Customer(s) are required to save existing transaction history, e-Bill and e-Receipt for record before the “Termination Date”. We welcome Merchant customer(s) to use our Bank's FPS Merchant Service for better collection service. For further information, please contact our customer service team.
