Notice of Termination of“Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Service”
Our Bank will terminate the“Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Service”(“EBPP”) on 27 June 2025 (the“Termination Date”). With effect from the“Termination Date”, our customer(s) will no longer be able to use the “EBPP” Customer Services through our Corporate Internet Banking Services. Relevant service functions include:
- Bill Enrolment and Payment
- Bill Enquiry and Payment
- Payment Transaction Record Enquiry
- Charity Donation and Enquiry
- Enquiry Customer Enrolment Retrieval
- Enquiry Payment Receipt
- Direct Payment
Customer(s) are required to save existing transaction history, e-Bill or e-Receipt for records before the“Termination Date”. Customer may directly contact the relevant“Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Service” merchant(s) to inquire about future billing arrangement and alternative payment methods besides continuously to use other payment and transfer services via our corporate internet banking services after the “Termination Date”.
