Terms and conditions for use of Online Property Valuation

1. Provision of Online Property Valuation Service is subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Important Notice and Internet Privacy Policy Statement.

2. By submitting a request for Online Property Valuation Service, the applicant shall be deemed to agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

3. Online Property Valuation Service is for reference only and is not binding on Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited. Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to re-value the subject property at its full discretion.

4. Our bank shall not be liable to the applicant for any damage incurred or loss suffered by him/her/them in connection with the purchase or proposed purchase of the property in respect of which Online Property Valuation Service is made, whether as a result of the applicant having relied on Online Property Valuation Service in deciding whether to proceed with the purchase of the property or otherwise, and the applicant hereby acknowledge that if he/she/they do(es) so rely on Online Property Valuation Service, he/she/they do(es) so entirely at his/her/their own risk.

5. You expressly acknowledge and agree that it is entirely at your risks if you rely on Online Property Valuation Service. Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited shall not assume any liability or responsibility for any loss and damage as you may incur or suffer (if any) arising from or in connection with the use of, or the reliance of, Online Property Valuation Service.

6. In case of any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version of these Terms and conditions shall prevail.
